Congratulations! Frederick J Hanna and Associates deserve this award. Mr. Hanna and his staff has been very helpful to me in helping me straighten out my financial situations. Thank you Mr. Hanna
I agree with the previous comment - Mr. Hannas office also helped me
oh wow- not nice!
Anonymous, if you will call and set up an arrangment, the interest stops accruing. Mr. Hanna really will make an effort to help you get your situation in order
this cannot be true this company is the most unprofessional law firm I have ever dealt with!
I had 3 credit card accounts - they were sent to a different collection firm - i tried to make monthly payments but they wouldn't work with me because i had multiple account - all 3 accounts were sold to Frederick J Hanna & Assoc - after a couple of phone calls i have arrangements worked out on all three accounts and am working towards getting them resolved - i've only had to deal with this law firm and one other, but my experience with Frederick Hanna was helpful to my situation
If you do your research and ignore the sites that are trying to get people to AVOID paying debts you will find that Frederick J Hanna & Assoc is the number one collections law firm because the firm assists people in SETTLING & PAYING OFF debt. The firms clients are owed money and the firm works with people like me and you to pay those creditors off. This is not rocket science people, your legally bound to the contract you signed. I lost my job and almost lost everything. By beginning a new career with a significantly smaller salary and working at McDonalds part time I only managed to save my house. In an effort to pay my debts off I joined a debt settlement company and I got screwed by a company called Hess Kennedy and lost money that i am yet to receive back. I worked two jobs and did the right thing. I saved enough money to settle my accounts while paying monthly payments in the meantime. Yesterday I finally settled out my largest credit card debt. :-)
Certainly NOT because budhibbs advice and certainly not because of Hess Kennedy. Because I did it, I worked hard, I followed thru, and Im true to my word. You sign your name on that line and the contract becomes your word.
THE BEST THING YOU CAN DO IS AVOID CREDIT ALL TOGETHER!!!
The Credit Card Companies are OUT TO GET YOU!
If you cannot pay cash for it, then you don't need to have it!
PERIOD!!!!!
I heard on Clark Howard the other day that someone worked out an agreement to pay off their credit card (with the Credit Card company)--after it was paid off...they raised her interest rate to 64% (that is NOT A TYPO--YES SIXTY FOUR PERCENT).
And we the tax payers are stuck bailing them out of their mess when they tried to Bend Us over with Home Mortgages!
By the way NEVER EVER EVER deal with a 3rd party collection.
Fred Hannah (or any other company)---does not have your interests at heart...PLEASE---that's like saying McDonald's cares about if you get heart disease or not....NO THEY DON"T...they only care about selling more Hamburgers and French Fries!!!!
By the time the debt is in Fred Hannah's hands---you're already in a world of hurt! Best thing to do is (before it gets to him)---put everything you own in the Dog's name (or hide it)---and pray he can't find it!
HA!!! Laugable---that an ATTORNEY has your best interest at heart...
PLEASE the only interest he has is what he'll score next time he's on the Golf course---paying his CLUB DUES with YOUR MONEY!!!
SUCKERS!!!!!!!!
